Larry Watson is the epitome of real estate professionalism and integrity. He is not only a stellar agent, but an incredibly honest and kind human being. After experiencing several real estate transaction mishaps in the past, Larry restored our confidence an prevented us from making costly mistakes. There were several times he could have pushed us into a quick sale. Insteady, he was careful to point out flaws which we overlooked and convinced us when a particular property was not a good value based on market conditions or needed repairs. Remarkably, we were never asked to sign a binding contract because he prefers to develop a long lasting relationship with his clients based on reputation alone.

Larry was very patient and spent a great deal of time showing us dozens of homes. We never felt pressured to buy and he steered us clear of bidding wars.
