Larry kept us informed of each deal and shared them all with us so we could make the right decision on which buyer to choose. He offered sound advice on how to judge each offer based on the criteria we were looking for. I will be using Larry again both for my selling and buying needs in the future. I worked with a different broker prior to Larry and they pushed me to close on a home without protecting my interest.
