We felt really great about the entire process

A friend of mine referred my wife and me to Larry over two years ago when we were looking to sell our townhome in Newbury Park. We really appreciated how strategic and evolved his approach was in order drive appeal and capture a large pool of interested buyers. We felt really great about the entire process, and how the transaction ended as a whole. There were no hiccups or miscues. Everything worked out just as planned. Fast-forward to present day, we reached back out to Larry as our family was ready and prepared to dip our toes into the home buying market. This should probably be clue into how we felt about Larry. We felt comfortable trusting him again in helping us make our biggest decision – buying a home. Larry did not pressure us at all, and allowed us to see every single house we were interested in (even if it was a new property that just appeared the day before). We also appreciated how personable and professional he was with other realtors. It made us feel like we had a good one. He was very flexible, and we always felt like he had our best interests in mind. At the end of the day, we ended up purchasing a house in an area we weren’t even considering originally. Now, we couldn’t be happier. His perspective was very appreciated and we are very thankful today. At the end of the day, Larry is also just a good person and very down to earth. We still intend to keep in touch with him after all he has done for us.
